It seems like so long ago that I told Katie that she could start working at The Pie Place (after endless..."Can I come work there", "Can I come with you", When can I work at First Monday?") when she was 10 years old. Well since First Monday was only a little over a week from her big birthday, I decided to let her work on Saturday. She did so well. Kodi really worked with her on adding up in her head the amount to tell the customer and on counting back change. She did great with the customers...speaking up and saying please and thank you. I was very proud of our soon to be 10 year old little girl!
