Valentine's Day

The girls had a wonderful Valentine's Day with the snow and then had a fun party at school, Monday...

Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow

Well, the girls and I could NOT wait to get home from school and play in this snow yesterday...

I got a phone call about 8:30 saying school would be closed on Friday, so the next morning...we got to wake up to a LOT MORE!

The girls couldn't wait to finish their breakfast to get out there...

Snow Angels!! Katie has been talking about wanting to do this for quite a while...she saw some kids doing it on TV. She says "I just really want it to snow so I can make a snow angel."

Katie started singing "Dashing through the snow..." and Rylie joined in...it was so cute!

Our little bigger Snowman!! Katie was carrying on a conversation with him when Rylie went to get items for his face. She said "Okay, Frosty, are you a girl or boy?" Then she said, "Oh, a boy then we won't get you any earrings." "Sorry about that Mr. Frosty." "She'll be back in a minute with your stuff."

She also said, "This is just the best year ever because on Christmas Eve it snowed and now it snowed and it is so exciting!"

Happy Birthday Papaw, Scott and Amy!!

This past Tuesday night, we went to Salt Grass to celebrate Papaw (Joe), Scott and Amy's birthday. Papaw wasn't feeling well, so he didn't get to come...but we enjoyed our time with the rest of the family... Scott and Amy are twins and about to blow out their candles!!
