The Fish Rescue
So Ryan was driving down 3080 and as he's passing this pond that crosses over the fence line into the ditch, he sees a bass come out of the water and acting funny, so he pulls over to see what's up. He turned out that the bass had tried to eat this large perch and it had gotten stuck. In the meantime, two other friends, Dustin Weems and Jeff Van Horn happened to be passing by and pulled over to see what was going on. Otherwise, I may not have believed this story...ha!
So Ryan grabbed his rubber boots, went out and got a hold of the bass and started wrestling out the perch. He finally got it out and nursed them back in the water and they both finally swam off. The true fish whisperer!!
The Wreath
We did something different with our wreath this year. We had 25 days of the story of Jesus' birth along with a felt nativity scene that we put together one piece a day. We enjoyed doing this as a family!
