MamaJan and Grandmother!

Fynlie definitely loves her MamaJan time during First Monday...unlimited fresh made playdoh, crafts, swinging, playing grocery store, cars and singing.
We all got to see Grandmother this evening!

This, That and Selfies!

Rylie was playing around with the camera and got her daddy and a couple of shots of this pretty rose...

Katie trying to take a nap at MamaJan's with Fynlie all up in her business playing on her phone.
She loves her new gown that Ry bought her!
Ry and Bailey just wanted a cute pic and got Fyn's grrrr face!
Killin' time in the car rider line with my girl...

 Two of my loves!

She loves when the chalkboard is clear so she can play!

Wedding Throwback!

Just a little throwback to 15 years ago when we said "I Do." Well, I said "I, Do" and Ryan said "I Will." We worked our First Monday businesses this anniversary.  I sure do love looking at this photo and seeing those two sweetly looking into each other's eyes.  It was a wonderful day!

Welcome, Georgia Ray!

Georgia arrived today! We didn't get to go to Galveston to meet her but plan to meet her in a few days when she comes here for me to take her newborn photos.  She's precious!!

Playing School!

This girl, Fynlie Claire, lives in a world of make-believe and you better join along because she's relentless! She's a make life way more interesting!
So, today we're playing school and she's prepared that backpack with any possible thing that she may need.

Fynlie was another month older on the 23rd which makes 3 years and 3 months old.

Over the last month, she's given us many things to talk about and surprise us, but here's a few:

August 25th: usually says yesterday, well "yeschterday" when describing any story that didn't happen today but today starting saying "on Thursday" or any other random day of the week that pops into her head.

September 2nd: asks me to sing all kinds of made up songs at night.  She'll say sing the wall song, door song, butterfly song and always...I make up some kind of song.  And then sometimes expects me to sing it just the same way another day...oh girl!

September 21st: pretended a black piece of fuzz in her room was her baby caterpillar.  Saw it for the very first time, bent down to gently pick it up and said "oh there's my fuzzy caterpillar" picked it up and asked me if I wanted to pet it.  I did and said "oh it's fuzzy" she said "because it's really just fuzz!" and laughed

SYATP 2018

I am thankful for youth pastors and teachers that continue to facilitate See You At The Pole at our schools.  Broken was the nation wide theme this year.  It always brings tears to my eyes to watch these kids gather to worship and pray for their school...
 Rylie's School...

Katie's School...it was raining so SYATP got moved inside.
