Fishin'

We learned that the girls would not be going back to the school building but would be expected to do an online program for the remainder of the year due to the COVID19. I disagree with this decision, but it is nationwide so we will make the most of our family time together! I'm not so sad about not running from place to place, practice to practice, appointment to appointment. I welcome the break.  I am sad for the ones that are losing their jobs due to businesses closing and some closing for good. It breaks my heart. We also learned that we won't get to have the April First Monday...they've decided to not open for the first time in the history of First Monday, so sad.

We've been having lots of family fishing time lately...

Happy 12th Birthday to Our Bucky Boy!

It was raining a lot on Buck's Birthday and Fynlie wanted to go out and see him.  She was walking around in the rain singing Happy Birthday to him.  It was too sweet!
Happy Birthday to Buck!

Swim! Drive! Sisters!

Fynlie was super excited to put her swim gear on to swim in Uncle Ken and Aunt Sherri's swim spa!!

Katie got in a little drive time today!
Cute Sisters and they're actually getting along long enough for a pic...ha!!

This and That!

This kid is funny (and pretty)!

Sweet Girls!

Fynlie fixed my hair for me!

Big sisters are at it again!

She loves her cheer uniform!

She loves to have tumbling class with her babies!

Excited to wear some dangling earrings!

Rylie made me muffins and a note...so sweet!!!

Sassy!

while waiting on everyone to leave...

Two guesses who's under there?!?!

Another pretty hairstyle!

Rylie was so excited that I actually let her get some Ramen noodles and then seconds after this picture, she realized that it wasn't the "right" kind and was so disappointed!!

Cutie reading a book!

Ry's double layer chocolate cake was delicious!!

Cutie Pie!

Yep! Toilet paper is a precious commodity these days (thanks to the COVID19 panic buyers) and Ryan spotted this package sitting on the store shelf all alone so he had to bring it home!

Cuties in Target! They love this chair!

Workin'

These two helped me clean out the flowerbeds today! Those weeds and dead plants took us hours! That was just two of the many wheel barrow loads!!

Visiting Grandmother!

Since the COVID19 recommendations are strongly encouraging social distancing and warning against being around elderly people as they are seeming to not recover as well from the virus, we have tried not to visit with Grandmother as much, in person.  But we don't like that and neither does she so today, we did our first outdoor visit to try to limit any germs being shared but hugs were had by the littles!!

Fynlie Claire

This sweet little girl loves her babies like no other and she's so precious while playing with them...

Fynlie's now 4 years and 9 months and just as entertaining forever!

Recently, she told me "thank you for being my perfect mom. You're just the mom that I always hoped you would be and you're just a sweet girl."

About a month ago, we were at the theater watching "Dr DoLittle" and she would cover up Lola's eyes when things looked 'scary' so she wouldn't get scared!

While riding in the car, she asked "Does God ever stop talking to you?" So we talked about if we're listening, he's always talking to us and guiding our decisions.

The next day, she said "I know when my heart is 'beeping' that's when God is talking to me."

Drive Thru Safari!!

Since we've been bummed about church and restaurants being closed and events being cancelled along with the fear that the media is inducing about all the COVID19 stuff, we decided to go on the only outing we could to a place that was still open since you remain in your own car and don't have interaction with other people.

We had a great time at Cherokee Trace Drive-Thru Safari!!
We were laughing the majority of the time at the crazy tongues on these animals, the boldness of so many and the unpredictability of the ostriches! I'm glad we got to have so much fun together!
