We got to attend Chase's (our friend from College) banquet called the 4th Annual Autumn Classic this year for the guys who entered his Big Buck Contest this past year. So, we headed down to Marion Saturday morning and had a great weekend.

When we arrived, the first thing the girls spotted was the playground...so we headed straight over!
All the guys pitching in to cook all the food...including alligator, dove, duck, pheasant, turkey, fish and white tail deer! Chase did an awesome job preparing it all along with rice, beans and tortillas. It was such a great meal!

They'll be meeting their first baby boy in about 6 weeks...Casten William!

There were a ton of door prizes...Rylie won a free animal hide tanning!! I won a buck knife! Rylie was just thrilled that her name was called!
We had a great evening and stayed with Chase and Toni!
This morning, we headed home and stopped in Gruene to eat lunch at Gristmill...yum!
Poppy and Gigi happened to be camping there and trout fishing on the river, so we got to have lunch together!!
What a terrific weekend!!
