Prelims...
Prelims didn't turn out great! We had some fairly bad mistakes and everyone was concerned with not making the top 20 for Finals...but we had to wait!
Family Pic before girls went to the team lunch and then found an open field for more practice and routine changes...
Ryan, Fyn and I went and had lunch with this crew and more!
Waiting to find out if we made Finals was intense...but when we heard Mabank, it was such a relief...now they had another chance to hit that routine perfectly!
We walked about Ft Worth in the meantime and Fyn was excited about the candy store!

First they announce category awards...
Fight Song Award goes to MHS!!!
Then they start announcing 10th place through 1st out of the 20 teams that went to Finals. When they get to 3rd place, the team goes up celebrates, gets their picture and then 2nd place gets to do the same. So we're all holding our breath thinking "did our girls really do this?"
AND THEY DID!!
1st Place goes to Mabank High School!!!
