We played Decatur (who went on to win the final State game) and they just outplayed us but our Mabank girls put up a good fight!! SO PROUD!

Playoffs Round 1

Fyn and I drove to Tyler tonight to see Ry cheer and watch the Basketball Girls get a victory over Longview Pine Tree and become Bi-District Champs!! It was a great game!

We Win by 24!!

Bailey is such a sweetheart and is so talented!

Jacey is awesome on that court and always a joy to be around!

MHS BBALL/MYBA NIGHT

Our basketball girls played Canton tonight. Canton is their only loss this season and now they're ranked 1 and 2 in the district...it was another close game, and we lost by 7 but what a good game!

Also, MYBA girls got announced at half time!

It's been a good final season of Cheer for my girl!

6th In State!!

UIL Spirit State Championships is always a long, anxiety-filled day but with very exciting moments!!

Our girls did a great job and I'm so proud of them!

In reality, it's all very much about judge preference and 6th in State is Awesome!!

They were great!! They got their scores and critiques back, learned they made it to Finals, so they went to a parking lot to change a few things before finals in a couple of hours.

Results Are In!!

Well, these results were not announced that night:( Someone messed up and announced a list for another category and we were announced as 9th place so that was a little less exciting than 6th place. However, that's nothing compared to the other mistakes. Thankfully 1st and 2nd were still the same, but 3rd Place that was announced actually got 8th and the team that actually won 3rd Place left with nothing, no medals, no trophy. So disappointing. Anyway, they can't give them that moment back but I'm sure they did what they could. The accurate results were posted the morning after:)
