Our first view of the Roman Colosseum!

Two women excavating...didn't know they were still doing that here.

Lisa and I go way back!

So cool seeing this in person and imagining all the went on here!

Every view was so cool!

The first toilet...

Area below colosseum floor...

Headed to the Roman Forum...

Arch of Titus

Water fountains all over...Chloe was the brave one that drank from it!

original Roman streets

We facetimed Ryan and Fynlie so they could see the Colosseum as well!
They were leaving Crested Butte and driving through some major snow on the ground and more falling! They had to get behind a snow plow to clear out the way!

A little fun with the street performer! Katie was dancing along:)

We had a 7th generation Roman as our tour guide!

City of Rome...

The biggest lemons I've ever seen!

We made it to the Trevi Fountain!
Throw the coin from your right hand over your left shoulder and make a wish!

We made it to our next and final hotel...

We spent quite a bit of time in this lobby;) The leaders started calling out student names and sending them to their rooms and they were finding that the room was already occupied...so they had to take some time to figure out the mess so they went ahead and sent us to dinner in the hotel...
The lasagna was good and it didn't taste like nutmeg...yay!
