We finally got Buck's Memorial Stone and Ryan put it in place:)

Trent's been after an axis doe for many days now...lots of hunts...who knew right off the back patio would be the best shot!

Dear Ol' Buck

We had to lay our sweet boy to rest this evening. We had close to 14 years of good times with our Bucky Boy...

 

We made this ornament with his paw print.

Fyn's getting some extra love in before the Vet arrives for us to hold him and take the medicine to make him go to his final sleep.  The big girls chose not to be here for this. 

Afterwards, Ryan went and buried him and Fyn put his collar on his grave until we get a stone.

Our sweet friend, Keeley, got us some cupcakes to make us feel better on this sad day. 

We saw a bald eagle flying over our place this evening as well...
