Football in Kemp!
Katie and her friends enjoyed the football game in Kemp until is started raining and the game got delayed and delayed again and they were soaked but they still had a good time!!

I'm so proud of our Rylie Grace. At MIS, 6th graders are allowed to run for Student Council by preparing a short speech and delivering it to their homeroom class. The classes vote and then out of the five that are chosen, then the officers are decided among the council.
As strong of a personality Rylie has at home and with her close friends, she tends to shy away from public attention. She really struggled with having to give a speech and then it even brought her to tears the night before thinking of the many boys (I think there's 17) in her class and the several really mean ones that even make fun of the teacher aloud. She was worried that they were going to do the same to her. I did make a call to Charity (her assoc principal) and told her about the situation. She stepped in the room during speeches and everything went well! She delivered her speech and was voted to be on Student Council!
Then was voted to be the Treasurer after that!
I am so proud of her for facing her fears and continuing through with what she really wanted!

Rylie mainly likes us to come eat with her so we'll bring her yummier food than her typical lunch but I think she likes seeing us midday too. We sure love seeing her!
MJH LIVE
Katie has gotten to be a part of MJH Live for her 7th and 8th grade years! It's provided a lot of cool experiences. She (and many of her close friends) get to be in this class that makes the daily announcements for the school. It airs everyday in the classrooms. So here's a few screenshots of a couple of days...
ZOOM!
So there was this little craze on TikTok (the new musical.ly) with this video where you put your sunglasses on, your pretend seatbelt on and then zoom out of the screen all to the soundtrack of this particular song. Rylie did it with Fynlie by pulling her feet at the right moment. So funny and so cute! Here's a screenshot...
