The Deer Lease

Ryan, Josh and Curt had a good time at Josh's deer lease...all got some doe and Ryan got a buck too...

15 Point!!

Ryan's been watching this deer on camera for a couple of years now and he finally got him...a six and a half year old with fifteen points at our very own ranch.  

8 Point Down

I got a phone call with an excited guy on the other end that he had gotten a deer. So we grabbed the camera and hopped in the car to go down to the ranch to see Daddy's deer!

Katie was at a track meet so she missed out on the excitement.

Ryan's Hunting Trip

I don't always document Ryan's hunting trips but when I get pictures, I do!

He had a slow few hunts and then got 2 doe and a Management Buck all in day...I just got sent a picture of the Buck...

And a cute selfie! I have to ask for these:)

3 Days = 1 Buck and 2 Hogs

Ryan was very successful on his last hunting trip to their lease in San Saba! I love getting those phone calls when he's happy about his hunts! With him having acute hydrops (causing him not to see) in his right eye due to his keratoconus, he is shooting with his new crossbow instead of his compound bow so he can shoot with his left eye and hand.

 Nice management buck!
