Fynlie Claire Preston is 19 months old today!
Here's some highlights over the last month...
December 24th: "talks" a lot and we just talk back like we know what all that gibberish with a few words in English thrown in means.
December 28th: on our way home, from MamaJan's, in the car and Fynlie takes her pacifier out of her mouth and says "Momma!" and I say "what?" She says "ooolabeatogheisnbhtobjjnonshhhhhtuj" and I say "oh really, did you throw a ball with Dakotoa?" (because I had seen a video of this from earlier in the day) She says "shdbisbsbjfskat" I say "I loved watching that video." She said "uh-huh" and put her pacifier back in her mouth. It was our first back and forth conversation
January 1st: automatically holds a pencil correctly to write
January 2nd: asked what does and dog say and she said "woof woof" in a high pitched voice. Asked what does a cow say and she grins and said "moooooo" in a low voice. Asked what a does a cat say and she said "meeeeeeoowwww" in a soft quite voice.

January 13th: said "boo-gah" when I was getting one from her nose. I laughed out loud so she said it again. I laughed loud and long and when I finished, she said it again. We did about 5 times. She was cracking herself up too.

January 21st: likes to put her pacifier under her leg or arm or hold it behind her back and hold out her other hand and whisper "where did it go?" and loves to grab it, hold it up and show us while she grins from ear to ear. She can do this over and over for a while.
