 These cuties were great in the BBQ/Pie Shop this First Monday! 

The Smoker

Ryan got with our friend, Dustin, who's the ag teacher at Mabank and he and his students built this incredible smoker for Ryan to start smoking our own brisket and pork butt for First Monday. 

The New BBQ Place!

We had the opportunity to get the space beside The Pie Place and we jumped on it! We've decided to sell BBQ and Sweets...Hill Country BBQ...to be exact...Ryan's dad is smoking it for us in the Hill Country.  We're also selling deep fried twinkies, cheesecake and oreos!

Ryan's getting the new signs put up and Fynlie and I are helping...

We've got kettle corn a little ways down from here and another Pie Place at the other end of the Arbors! We're ready for some busy First Monday Weekends!
