Fynlie's Birthday Present finally arrived! I love it and she does too!
It's already been a month since Fynlie turned 1 and over the last month, she's continued to do new things while bringing smiles to our face!
June 24: Fyn walked off with my phone, went into the breakfast nook, laid it down and started walking back. I said "go get my phone." She turned right around, went and picked it up. I said "bring it to me." She brought it right to me and surprisingly let go.
June 25: can turn around feet first and slide off couch and bed
June 27: copies a loud, open mouth laugh with head thrown back
June 29: takes diaper to trash can when asked to do so
July 1: says lalalala aha lalalala ah lalalala ah
July 1: so sweet with baby doll...pats, kisses, rubs
July 2: grabs buckle in car seat when the car stops like she wants to get out
July 3: Rylie wasn't home. I was carrying Fynlie when I walked into Rylie's room. Fynlie said "wy wy" and was looking around for Ry Ry
July 4: when I whispered "I love you" to her, she mimicked it back with using her tongue and mouthing words
July 4: reached up to sky to touch fireworks
July 4: while in car seat, held up phone camera facing herself and said "hi" and smiling to take a selfie:)
July 6: can unscrew a cap on a water bottle
July 7: I told Fynlie to go get a diaper while we were in the living room and she went to my room and got a diaper and gave it to me after being shown only one time and we have it on video!
July 7: touches head with both hands on each side when asked "where's your head?"
July 9: tries to climb on everything
July 9: says "duck" when she sees her stuffed duck
July 10: said "tan ta" for thank you several times when something was handed to her
July 10: when food container was empty...she held her arms out to the side and said "aw gun" for all gone
July 10: makes a tiny little fist to knock on the window
July 11: tries to use a nail file across palm of her hand by sliding it back and forth
July 11: acted like she was clipping her toe nails with the baby nail clipper
July 14: if she hears music from tv while falling asleep, she'll wiggle like she's dancing without ever opening her eyes
July 15: started raising her hands out to the side while dancing to music...the second she hears music, she starts swaying side to side and bopping up and down by bending knees
July 15: walks and kicks a ball at the same time...one motion
July 16: nods her head in a yes position as if she's agreeing with what you're saying
July 17: says "baugh" for ball every time she sees a ball and loves playing with them
July 19: wiggles and dances often and anytime she hears music but now is wiggling out of joy when she's handed something she wants
July 20: walked backwards about 6 steps and laughed
Playing Around...
All that playing can wear a baby out!
She wakes up happy and ready to play "peepeye"
Two of her new things...clear all the pillows off the couch, empty all the wipes out of the container.
