Softball 2014...Dirt Diamonds

Rylie is having a fantastic time playing softball with the Dirt Diamonds!
They've had two games and have won both! Rylie gets a hit just about every time she's up to bat!

Sweet Big Sister Cheering on Her Rylie!

 Great Hit!!
Ryan is the coach the feeds the pitching machine and Rylie loves that!

One of the cutest little ball players ever:))

Katie's 3rd Grade Field Trip

With Katie, we went to the Caldwell Zoo in Tyler for her field trip.
They divided up into small groups with parents and/or teachers to see the zoo! We had a very good time!

Landon, Cameryn, Ruby, Cammie, Katie and Ashlynn
These penguins were really putting on a show that day! They were swimming all over and up to the glass!  The kiddos loved it!

There were the cutest little lion cubs but I couldn't get a good picture.
 Feeding the fish!
Feeding the birds that weren't hungry...so that was a little difficult!

Lunch Time!

Rylie's 1st Grade Field Trip

On Rylie's Field Trip, we went to The Cook's Center Planetarium in Corsicana and then to the park.  Honestly, the kiddos had to sit way too long at the Planetarium and watch some mediocre videos about space but when we got to the park for lunch and playing, they had a really good time...
On this particular day, every time I'd try to take Rylie's picture, she'd jump out of the way or stop what she was doing...so there's not a lot of good ones...
 Everyone of the merry-go-round!

Rylie's friend, Grace, was pushing her on the swing but Ry wouldn't stay long enough for a pic.
 She liked the climbing wall!

Grace's mom and I checked them out from the field trip and walked down to the pond where there were many duck families including some sweet little ducklings that we went to see.

It's always fun playing somewhere new!

Mabank ISD Art Show

Katie's necklace was chosen to be displayed in the Annual Art Show this year.  She was a little disappointed that it wasn't her Egyptian mask or Picasso but I thought it was pretty cool!
