Santa and Ice Skating at the Galleria
We had another fun-filled day! Our hope yesterday was to go ice skating for Rylie's birthday but the times just didn't work out. So, we headed back up to the Galleria today to enjoy ice skating and see if we could see Santa!
Well, we did and I'm pretty sure that this is the FIRST picture we have of Rylie with Santa!
She so mature with turning 5 years old yesterday!
Then, we headed to the ice skating rink...
We had a lot of fun! We just went around one time to many...on the last round, Rylie got a little too much for me to keep stable and we both HIT the ice HARD! Ryan said that we didn't need to make this an annual tradition...ha!
Janacek Family Christmas
When Ryan and the girls picked me up from GNO, we got to stop by Scott and Amy's to celebrate Christmas with the family! We didn't stay long since it was Rylie's birthday and we planned to go out to dinner and see a movie with her...
Aunt Joni and Aunt D prepared a surprise gift for all of the children and grandchildren of Memaw and Papaw...it was an awesome photo book of pictures of Memaw and Papaw when they first started dating and then all the way through to pictures of the families they have now.
When we left, we had dinner and saw "Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked"!
This was supposed to be silly faces...I guess that's all Rylie could come up with!
Good Birthday for Rylie...she was worn out!
GNO Weekend
We have an awesome tradition of a GNO with my aunts and all the girls in the family over age 13 around Christmas time! This year, we arrived late from our Christmas Celebration with Aunt Deborah and then I left early to spend Rylie's birthday with her, so I missed all the traditional festivities!
