Pumpkin Patch 2009

After Church and lunch today; MamaJan, the girls and I went to the pumpkin patch...

Hope your day was wonderful too!!

State Fair of Texas 2009

What a fun day at the fair...
Rylie would not eat anything until she got some cotton candy...I believe that was her main purpose in coming!!

I think the kids farm is my favorite part of the whole fair. They learn some of the work that it takes to get food from the farm to the grocery store...Watering the peach trees and collecting fruit.

Feeding the hens and collecting the eggs.

Feeding the cow and collecting milk.

Planting seeds and...

...collecting vegetables.

Feeding the pigs!

Took the items to the market and made some MONEY!

Spending money in the store!

Real animal feeding time...this camel was very active!

Rylie and Katie kept waving to Big Tex when he would talk! Rylie said "will he be back next year when we come?"

Now that's a big wheel!
