Happy Father's Day!!

Saturday night, we got to go to Purtis Creek State Park to celebrate Father's Day! Uncle William and Aunt Kay rented a space for the weekend with their travel trailer and invited everyone over for a get-together for Father's Day! Ryan didn't get to come b/c he was working hard at the Lake house, but we gave him his gift that night. Here are a few pictures...

Rylie lovin' her some watermelon too!!
Then Mom, Uncle William and I took the kiddos for a walk to the pier!
Rylie was very dirty and loved this outdoor shower that Aunt Kay let her use, she didn't want to finish her shower!!

That night we waited for Ryan to get home from working to surprise him with his Father's Day gift (a big cooler)...since he was going to leave early Sunday morning to go work again....the girls were so excited waiting for him to walk through the door...

So the yelled "Happy Father's Day" when he walked in...and screamed!!

So, Sunday after we got ready for church, I took a few pics before we left...

Keith got the bubbles out in the nursery and the kiddos went crazy...

After church, we went to mom and dad's to have Father's Day lunch and spend time with Dad/PaPa (Dennis)!
We gave him a "magic mug"! I thought it was messed up when I opened it, but it actually looks all black but when it gets heated up with hot liquid inside, it turn white and shows the picture of the girls I had put on it!!

If it we're at MamaJan and Papa's we must play outside...the girls definitely think it is a MUST!
Rylie actually fell asleep in this swing for a minute or two!!

Another great time to get together with family...the kids loved going wild on the dance floor...

It's hard to see, but Rylie was lovin' the chicken dance!!

Memaw Passed Away

Helen Lois Janacek
June 21, 1928 - June 6, 2009

Very sadly, I write that Memaw died this past week. Memaw is Ryan's dad, Paul's, mother. She was an amazing wife and mother to 8 children, grandmother to 15 grandchildren and great-grandmother to 11 great-grandchildren. She will be forever loved and missed greatly, but remembered atop the highest pedestal! There is a huge hole among the Janacek family and need your prayers for strength.

We've spent a lot of time with the family this week getting to hear wonderful stories about Memaw's life at the viewings during the week and funeral on Friday, the 12th and at Papaw's house. Here are a few pictures of the kiddos at Papaw's...

Our family with Papaw!

Happy 1st Birthday Faith

This past Sunday on the 7th, we got to go celebrate our cousin, Faith's, 1st birthday with her! She is so precious! Faith is just about to walk...she tries a little more every day! Rylie just can't keep her hands off of her...she loves "baby Faith"!

Happy 1st Faith!!

Savannah's 8th Grade Graduation

Yesterday, we got to go to Emily's birthday party at Aunt Kay's which was lots of fun for the kiddos and adults!! I just didn't get any pictures b/c
my camera bit the dust thanks to Rylie!!!
Happy Birthday Emily!
And last night, we got to go to see Savannah graduate. Here are some pictures from Mom's camera at Savannah's 8th Grade Graduation from Canton Junior High...she looks so pretty...

Savannah and her mom, Holly!
She is already taller than me, her older sister, Cheyenne, and her Mom!!

Few Pics and a Few Notes

I'm looking forward to doing a lot of this, this summer...being outside is what the girls are all about right now!!So last Monday we did a little sidewalk chalk...also this week Katie showed me that she can swing all by herself now...it took a while...but she finally got it!!

We always have to get those bubbles out and Buck got in on the bubble action...

Our friend, Chase, came for a visit while he helped Ryan do some welding on the lake house deck...he got coerced into reading some books with the girls...but I think he loved it!!!
Bath time is always loads of fun...

Sisters...why can't they be this sweet to one another all the time!!!
Hope you have a terrific day!!
